• How long do VARQ sweets stay fresh?

  Our sweets are crafted in small batches and shipped fresh. They are best enjoyed within 7 days of receiving your order. When stored in the refrigerator, they will maintain their taste and quality for up to a week.
  

  For the best flavor, allow sweets to come to room temperature before serving.

• Do I need to refrigerate the sweets?

  We recommend refrigerating your sweets upon arrival if you don’t plan to enjoy them the same day.

  This helps preserve freshness, texture, and flavor.

• When will my order ship and be delivered?

  At checkout, you can select your preferred ship date. Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days after your selected ship date. This includes preparing for your order and shipping time.

• Can I order for a future date or special occasion?

  Yes! You can schedule your order in advance by selecting your desired ship date at checkout.

  We recommend choosing a ship date at least 5 business days (excluding weekends) before your event to allow for carrier delays.
  

• Do you offer nationwide shipping?

  Yes, we ship across the continental United States from our San Francisco Bay Area kitchen.

  For orders of 10 boxes or more, please contact us directly.
